ETRC is a limited liability company domiciled in Nepal established in 2004 A.D. and has its registered office at Dhangadhi Municipality, Kailali. It basically provides vocational and mobile skill trainings to extreme disadvantaged community and /or groups.

Skill training are conducted after rapid Market Assessment (RMA) and all vocational and mobile trainings are accompanied with social component guidelines like HIV-AIDS, Reproductive Health, Legal Counseling, Entrepreneurship Development etc. Past years it successfully run more than 120 vocational and mobile trainings and more than 2500 people among marginalized and disadvantaged group have benefited so far.
