Generally ETRC Carried out following procedures to assess a need of training to targeted groups/ community.
A. Field staffs from village areas are hired.
B. ETRC frequently assess information from different media in the subject area of creating job opportunities and vocational training to the poor and marginalized people,
C. Staffs approach to local NGOs, social organization, and similar entities to identify targeted people and most successful medium of identification has become meeting Mukhiya of the particular area.
D. Apart from local field staffs ETRC,s cell conducts group discussions in different areas where the people can express their interest and commitments,
E. Informal discussions with members of chamber of commerce & Industries of Kailali districts and neighboring districts,
F. Informal discussion with different labor unions via which we can identify targeted people who are relatives and neighbor of existing labors.
