Onwards 2006 A.D. ETRC successfully run more than 120 vocational and mobile Trainings and more than 2500 people among marginalized and disadvantaged group have been benefited so far. ETRC provided these vocational and mobile trainings during 2006A.D. to 2012 A.D. in different six districts namely Kailali, Kanchanpur, Banke, Achham, Bardiya, and Dang, the adjoining   and neighbor districts of Kailali in partnership with F- skill and CBM. It operates contacts officers in a reachable location for the facilitation of trainings into the neighboring districts and currently two branch offices at Bardiya and Achham are operating.

ETRC's network channels have been widely spread over the local community and local level relation is strong. A strengthened networking become possible through locally based staffs, good relation with small & medium enterprises & business house, labor unions, NGOs, social organization and local Mukhiyas.

During last training, ETRC's targeted beneficiaries were poor Dalits and marginalized Janjaties and proportion of marginalized Janjaties accounted approximately 97% and more.
