ETRC conducts market assessment before calling applications from probable trainees, so that appropriate and targeted candidates can apply for the proposed training. Particularly, field staffs have been selected from village areas, so that they can identify target or marginalized group from home districts and neighboring districts. Apart from market assessment, its local level branch offices established at different districts conduct surveys to identify marginalized and disadvantaged groups and registered office frequently collects data and information from different media to make preliminary assessment of job opportunities in remote areas primarily focused on poor Dalits & marginalized Janjaties communities including Mukta Kamaiyas and Kamalaries.
ETRC Maintains Following Documentation of Trainees:
A. Applicants are required to fill an application form containing details as name, address, contact details, birth date, educational qualification, current occupation, & earnings and their interested fields.
B. As a supporting documents of the date of birth applicant is required to submit officially certified document.
C. Applicant himself/herself is required to declare his/ her current income as a token confirmation.
D. Applicants are required to sign a token of understanding that he/ she commits to undertake jobs after completion of training.
E. After completion of application calling application are required to face an interview that corroborate the substance of applications interest and his/ her intentions.
F. Every day during the training ETRC take attendance in advance.
G. After completion of training ETRC issues training certification documents so that he/she can show during his/her job performance.
H. The independent evaluator / observers shall maintain a list of independent observation/evaluation along with remarks and discussed at the office level meeting to improve training quality and its targeted output.
I. After completion of training skill test is conducted as token of confirmation by the government accredited authority named National skill Testing Board(NSTB).
J. Applicant's income verification is conducted in different three phases viz. before training ( at the time of application), three months after completion of training and six months after the completion of training . Apart from that, ETRC makes an assessment of income of the trainees on sampling basis in between three years after completion of training . All the assessment takes are duly documented and discussed on management level meeting to analyze social and economical impact of trainings.
K. Among the above, documents relating to evaluation, income verification and interviews are maintained electronically also.
