On the locations' (i.e. Dhangadhi area and its surrounding and branch office surrounding)  trainings are conducted at the office premises of ETRC an off the locations' training are conducted at rented premises with full facility of electricity, communication, furniture, logistic support, lunch boxes and transportation as far it is accessible.

ETRC's premises are well equipped in terms of facility including to training halls, workshops, projectors, a Maruti Gypsy, three motorbike, other office equipments, furniture &furnishing, white boards, computers, printers, photocopies, power backup facilities, stores of logistics supports etc. that the trainee feel homely and again professional environment. Apart from existing facilities, other facilities are procured from outside on requirement basis.
