Main objective of ETRC

The main objectives of ETRC based on registered Memorandum of Association (MOA) are as below.

1. Organized and manage different types of awareness and skill development trainings.

2. Organized and manage well equipped training centers required for providing awareness and skill development trainings.

3. Select several goods required to run trainings and to appoint trainee/agents/resource persons required to participate in training.

4. Provide employment or self employment  opportunities to those trained persons,

5. Publish different types of training booklets/brochures and to publish training related newspapers.

6. Carry out different promotional and job opportunities programs after entering into partnership agreements with different organizations including Government of Nepal.

7. Facilitate business houses, corporations and other institutions towards human resource development and job placement.
