Apart from 21 trainers ETRC has direct staff work force of 22 people looking after administration, finance and facilitation service on behalf of office. Out of them 13 Staff are local facilitator whose prime responsibility is to collect raw data toward training need assessment and other staffs including managing director contribute towards final assessment of collated raw data and information and management of daily works of the office. A detailed information regarding trainers has been presented in Annex-2 and the details of core office staffs have been presented below.
