ETRC conducts following administrative and monitoring follow-ups to ensure quality of services.

A. ETRC's quality control cell conducts evaluation & assessment of trainings and one independent evaluator/assessor will be the member of this cell.

B. In between the training duration the manager level staff shall conduct monitoring works and particularly this type of monitoring includes interview with participants, inquiring their satisfaction level and their further expectation from the training.

C. After completion of training each participant is required to fill an independent evaluation from regarding value addition and suggestions for further improvement.

D. After completion of training, ETRC conducts income verification in different two stages viz. three months and six months assessment after completion of training.
